The exhibition Visibilized Identities: Photographs and Videos from Private Collections presents works by forty-eight photographers and multidisciplinary artists who address various issues faced by individuals and groups who, due to their ethnic origin, gender, or sexual orientation, have been marginalized by society. The selected works address various themes affecting women, Indigenous people, Afro-descendants, and members of LGBT+ communities who have fought for their rights in predominantly racist and sexist societies in Latin America during the second half of the 20th century and the first decades of the 21st century.
